SUP MULTITASKING

is equipped with two hydrodynamic appendages (loops), a very original innovation that increases the performance of the board.

Simplifying, the SUP Multitasking is a displacement hull whose theoretical speed of advancement is directly related to the length.

As we know, any hull has a critical speed given by the formula Vm = 1.35 √ (L) where L is the waterline length of the hull expressed in feet and Vm the speed expressed in knots.

SUP Multitasking has an optimized shape to take advantage of the speed and length parameters, the hull has been designed with a recess called a lunate handle that allows you to increase the waterline (compared to an equivalent board with the same “out all”) with obvious advantage in terms of performance even in the passage on the wave.

The hydrodynamic appendage of the SUP Multitasking also triggers the well-known Bernoulli principle: the fluid fillet flows along the waterline in laminar queens (A), when the latter finds the lunate loop its path is longer, therefore it must accelerate to rejoin the fluid thread (B) which has a shorter path. The acceleration of the fluid thread (A) creates a depression, therefore less resistance to the advancement of the table.
